## License Management

Product: Lazyline – Innovative Lazy-Load & LQIP WordPress Plugin
URL: https://hub.jkdevstudio.com/docs/lazyline/features/license-management
Updated: 2026-04-05
Summary: Manage your Envato license — activate via OAuth popup, check status, transfer between domains, and troubleshoot common activation issues.

## Activation Page

The Activation page shows your current license status and lets you activate or deactivate your license.

### License Details

After activation, six info cards display:

- **Status** - Active (green badge) or Inactive (gray badge)
- **Purchase Code** - your Envato purchase code
- **Buyer** - your Envato username
- **License Type** - Regular or Extended
- **Support Until** - your support expiration date
- **Domain** - the domain where the license is currently activated

### Sidebar Indicator

The sidebar shows a colored dot next to the Activation link:

- **Green** - license is active
- **Gray** - no active license

<div data-callout="info">

A license can only be active on one domain at a time. If you need to move the plugin, deactivate it here first, then activate it on the new domain.

</div>

---

## Automatic Updates

With an active license, plugin updates appear in **Dashboard &gt; Updates** just like any other WordPress plugin. The plugin checks for updates against the jkdevstudio Hub every 12 hours.

<div data-callout="tip">

You don't need to do anything special to receive updates - just keep your license active and updates will appear in the standard WordPress update flow.

</div>

## Feature Gating

Without an active license:

- All admin pages redirect to the Activation page
- **Frontend lazy loading continues to work** - your site visitors are unaffected
- Settings cannot be changed
- LQIP generation is not accessible
