## Call to action above the footer

Product: Verba - Modern Blog & Magazine WordPress Theme
URL: https://hub.jkdevstudio.com/docs/verba/header-and-footer/cta
Updated: 2026-09-22
Summary: One site-wide band between the page content and the footer for your main offer. Native settings cover most cases; a template replaces it when they do not.
Availability: Pro only.

An extra section between the page content and the footer, the same across the whole site. It is the place for one main ask: subscribe, go to a section, get in touch.

One switch turns it on, and the same switch turns it off when the offer has run its course.

## Where the content comes from

The same source system as the other zones: off, the theme native block, an Elementor template, or a block pattern. See Content zones and insertions.

The native option ships with the theme and is configured in the Customizer: heading, text, button, and styling. Nothing unusual, which is exactly why it covers most cases.

An Elementor template or a pattern puts your own composition in that place. Choose it when the native version genuinely is not enough, rather than out of habit.

One ask. A band with three competing buttons converts worse than a band with one, because the reader has to make a decision before acting instead of just acting.

Do not confuse it with the action button in the header, which is a short prompt at the top of the page. This is a full section at the bottom. See The header.

If you need a subscribe form, this is where it goes. See Subscribe forms.

The section is site-wide. For a page-specific offer, put it in the page content, or use the after-content zone with that page fields.

<details>
It appears on posts too, and I only want it on pages

Use the content zone above the footer instead, which carries a contexts setting for exactly this.
