Hub is the single place where everything about our products and your dealings with us lives. One account rather than a set of scattered services.
What you can do there today:
- get support
- send a suggestion
- report a bug
- download a purchased item, in any version it has had
- buy another product
- read the documentation, the changelog and the roadmap
Hub keeps growing, and there will be more. That is a direction rather than a roadmap, so no dates are promised here.
#The problem it solves
A normal theme purchase on a marketplace ends with you holding a zip file and no connection to whoever made it. A year later you do not know whether the theme is still alive, where to write, where to get a current version, or what to do when something breaks.
Hub is that ongoing connection. You always know where we are, what state the product is in, what changed in it, and what is planned next.
Most questions close without any correspondence.
The answer is usually already in the documentation, the changelog or the roadmap, and support exists for the cases where those three were not enough.
#How it is arranged
Everything revolves around the item. Each product has its own documentation, its own changelog and its own roadmap, and they are connected to each other.
Part of Hub is public and needs no sign in: documentation, changelog, roadmap and the product catalog. That is deliberate, so you can look inside a product before buying it.
Part of it is private and lives in your account: your purchases, your licenses, your downloads of specific versions, and your support conversations.
Your site is connected to Hub too. Updates come from there and the license is verified there. Your account and your site admin are two sides of one mechanism rather than two separate worlds.
#Common questions
Do I have to use Hub?
For updates and support yes, since that is where both come from, while the theme itself runs perfectly well without any of it.
Is documentation available before I buy?
Yes, documentation, changelog and roadmap are public for every product, which is deliberate so you can judge one before paying for it.
Where do I find my account?
It is created automatically at purchase or at first activation, so there is nothing to register and the sign in article covers the routes into it.
Are my support threads visible to anybody else?
No, they are private to your account and nobody outside it can see them.
I cannot find something in Hub
Start from the product page in the catalog or in your account, because it collects the documentation, changelog and roadmap links for that one item in a single place.
