You have a site set up the way you want it, and you need one more page: an about page, a contact page, a landing page. A full demo import is the wrong size of tool for that. Page import is the right one.

Open Demo Import
From the theme menu in the WordPress sidebar.
Switch to the Pages mode
The page import mode lists individual pages rather than whole demos.
Pick the page you want
Each entry is one finished page from a demo.
Start the import
The page and the local data it needs are brought in. Nothing else on your site is touched.
#What it does not overwrite
This is the whole point of the feature, so it is worth being explicit.
Your style kit, your global options and your existing configuration are left alone.
The import brings the page and the data that page needs and stops there, which is why the page arrives wearing your fonts, your colours and your global rules rather than looking like it came from somewhere else.
#Afterwards
Two things to check.
If the page uses a feature provided by an integration, make sure that integration is installed. A page whose contact form comes from a form plugin needs the form plugin.
Then replace the demo content. The text, the images, the contact details and the links are placeholders, and they read as placeholders to your visitors.

Can I import the same page twice?
Yes, and you get two copies, so delete the one you do not want rather than expecting the importer to recognise it as a duplicate.
Does this need a license?
Pages from premium demos do and pages from free demos do not, which is the same split the demo list itself uses.
Will it change my homepage?
No, page import creates a page and nothing more, since setting a front page is a separate action in SettingsReading.
Can I import a page from a demo other than the one I installed?
Yes, as long as it is in the list, because the page adapts to your site's settings rather than carrying the original demo's look with it.
The page comes in looking wrong
A missing integration is the most common cause, so check that first, then clear any page cache, and if the page was built with a page builder then regenerate its CSS, which is what makes a correctly imported page render as an unstyled stack of blocks.
