Category List

The Category List widget is a key element for building a blog website as it displays post categories. Currently, this widget has numerous settings mainly focused on filtering and sorting the displayed categories. Here a brief overview of them:

General Options:

• Category List Type: select the type of category list (style).
• Output Subcategories: toggle to decide if subcategories should be displayed.
• Number of categories: set how many categories to display.
• Order by: choose the attribute by which categories should be sorted, like 'Name'.
• Order: determine the sort order, such as 'DESC' for descending.

Meta Options:

• Show Count: toggle to display the number of categories.
• Show Name: toggle to display the category name.

Item Options:

• Background Style: choose a background style for the list items.
