Settings
Global plugin settings live under Cronix PRO. Changes are saved with the bottom save bar (⌘S / Ctrl+S).
#General
Setting | Description |
|---|---|
Execution Tracking | Record every cron execution in the log table. Required for the Execution Log and Analytics addon. |
Log Retention | How many days to keep log entries before auto-purging (default: 30) |
Overdue Threshold | How many minutes late an event must be before it is flagged as overdue (default: 5) |
Admin Bar Widget | Show a quick health indicator in the WordPress admin bar |
Safe Mode on Plugin Update | Automatically enable Safe Mode when a plugin update is detected |
Enable Execution Tracking right after activation - without it, the Execution Log stays empty and the Analytics addon has no data to work with.
#Health Score
Configure which factors contribute to the health score and their relative weights. You can disable factors that are not relevant to your environment (for example, if you intentionally run without a server cron).
#Capabilities
Control which WordPress user roles can access the Cronix PRO admin panel. By default only Administrators have access.
Granting Editor-level access means those users can pause, delete, and run cron events. Only do this if you trust those users with that level of control.
#Data & Export
Export Settings - download all settings as a JSON file
Import Settings - upload a previously exported JSON to restore settings
Reset to Defaults - revert all settings to their installation defaults
Exporting settings before a major update or server migration is a good habit. Restoring takes 10 seconds.
