#How It Works

TranslatePress stores translations in your own database. You translate content visually:

  1. Navigate to any page on your site using the visual editor

  2. Click on any text element to translate it

  3. Type or paste the translation in the sidebar panel

  4. Save and move to the next element

Features:

  • Visual front-end editor - see translations in context

  • All translations stored locally in your database

  • SEO-friendly with hreflang tags and translated slugs

  • Compatible with all theme features including Elementor widgets

TranslatePress Free supports one additional language. For multiple languages, you need TranslatePress Pro.
