Page fields and per-page layout
This is the tool for when one page has to look different from everything else. The fields are in the page editor side panel, in two groups: Page settings and Page header.
#Page settings
Which layout this page uses. Default, canvas (full width), or boxed. This is a choice for this page only; the site-wide layout is unchanged.
Show the site navigation on this page. Turn it off to hide the header.
Show the site footer on this page. Turn it off to hide it.
Turning both off gives you a page with no surroundings at all. That is what a landing page, a thank-you page after a signup, or a checkout step usually wants: nothing on screen competing with the one action.
A page with no header also has no way back to your site. Put a logo, a link, or a button in the page content itself, or people who arrive there are stuck.
#Page header
The band at the top with the title and description. These fields replace the automatic version for this page: your own title, subtitle, background, and alignment.

#What these fields do not control
The page content and the sidebar are built in the editor, not here. Sidebar behavior comes from the Customizer. See Basic settings.
Can I hide the header on all pages of one type at once?
Not with these fields, which apply to one page each. For a repeated layout, build an Elementor template and apply it by condition instead.
What is the difference between canvas and boxed?
Canvas runs the content to the full width of the viewport, which suits landing pages and image-led layouts. Boxed keeps the content inside a frame, matching the boxed site layout. Default follows whatever the site is set to.
The page header still shows the automatic title
The fields here override it only when they are filled in. An empty title field means "use the page title," which is the automatic behavior.
